The Project’s 2009 work consisted of  installing Hot Tap and Stopple Fittings and Equipment to the inter-connecting 24″ Field Fuel Gas Line system at CCP, Skid 50, CPS, GC3 & FS1  so that new piping and pig trap inspection systems could be installed without service interruption. Once Hot Tap and Stoppling operations were completed, the existing pig launchers and receivers were demolished and replaced with new double block and bleed systems.

The 2010 work included installation of new permanent piping and temporary Filter/Separators, Pigging and Knock-out Vessels.  CONAM then provided the necessary support labor for the 2010 inline inspection program and removed the seperators and vessels after its completion.

The entire project was completed with an outstanding safety record with no recordable incidents.
