Project consisted of the removal and replacement of four (4) crude oil loading arms from Berth 4 and Berth 5 at the Valdez Marine Terminal.   The project was performed in two separate year shut down phases where Berth 5 was completed the first year then Berth 4 the next.

Work was performed from a crane barge with a Manitowac 4100 Crane due to berth space constraints and weight of the loading arms.  Work included the removal of existing arms and piping, and then installation of new piping, valves and light stations.
